Midwest Transportation Inc. ("MTI") is a community-run Roblox group focused on public transportation roleplay. This management portal is an internal tool used to organize group departments, personnel, applications, fleet records, and related operations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation.
When you sign in with Roblox, we collect and store the following through Roblox's official OAuth service:
We do not collect your Roblox password, email address, payment information, or any data outside what Roblox's OAuth scope explicitly provides.
Information collected is used solely to operate this portal: verifying your identity, managing your role and department assignments, tracking applications and personnel records, and maintaining an audit trail of administrative actions. Data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of what's necessary to operate this tool (e.g. our hosting and database providers).
Records such as employee history, disciplinary notes, and activity logs are retained for as long as they remain operationally relevant to MTI. You may request removal of your personal data by contacting a Director of Transportation through official MTI channels, subject to any records we're required to retain for accountability purposes (e.g. termination records, active blacklist entries).
This portal uses Roblox's official OAuth sign-in. We never see or store your Roblox password. You can revoke this app's access at any time from your Roblox account security settings.
Use of this portal and participation in MTI is additionally governed by Roblox's own Community Standards and Terms of Use, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
